We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing branch. What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop new business across Andover and Salisbury
- Sourcing top talent for permanent and temporary roles in the Industrial and Commercial sectors
- Build & manage long-term client relationships (SMEs to global leaders)
- Deliver the full 360° recruitment process
- Create tailored recruitment solutions to meet diverse client needs
- Build a sustainable, forecastable revenue pipeline

- Proven agency recruitment experience within the industrial or commercial sectors
- Strong sales and business development experience
- Excellent networking and market insight
