Recruitment Consultant

Real Personnel are recruiting for an On Site Recruitment Manager to work for one of the UKs leading Recruitment Agencies.

The role is a permanent position direct with the employer.

The salary for this role is £30,000 per annum and a full time position.

You will also recive bonuses upto £800 per quater.

You will be working on a large manufacturing site in the G33 area of Glasgow and responsible for the daily management and recruitment of between (Apply online only) operatives on site.

The main duties :

* Leading the internal recruitment process

* Sourcing new employees

* Coordinating interviews and negotiating contracts with recruits.

* Leading recruitment advertising campaigns to raise awareness of potential jobs.

* Controlling applications received for each job advert and selecting which applicants are suitable
