We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support team in Harrogate, covering a Yorkshire patch including Harrogate, York, Leeds, Sheffield and Wakefield.

This role focuses on building relationships with clients, developing a healthy pipeline of work and being ready to move quickly when hiring needs arise.

There is a high level of phone work, speaking with clients and candidates every day, so you’ll need to be comfortable and confident on the phone.

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients

• Carrying out business development to create and grow a steady pipeline

• Keeping in regular contact with clients to understand upcoming needs

• Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates

• Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Managing your workload, activity levels and compliance

The desk is busy and suits someone who is organised, consistent and commercially aware, with an interest in building something long term.
