The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build relationships with healthcare professionals, understand their career goals and match them with opportunities that make a difference. You’ll learn how to negotiate, influence decisions and manage bookings from start to finish — all while building a network that grows with your career.

You’ll be joining a warm desk with existing client relationships and live vacancies, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running while also developing new business and growing your own market. There will also be the opportunity to expand into new markets, giving you the freedom to identify growth areas, build new client relationships and shape your own success within the business.

Essential Criteria:

• 1-3 years experience with sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Data protection (GDPR) awareness

• Experience using ATS/CRM System

• Organisational and time management skills

• Commercial awareness

• Resilience and ability to work under pressure

• Attention to detail

• Relationship building skills

Desirable Criteria:

• Degree level education or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years Recruitment experience

• Experience working in a healthcare recruitment role

• Knowledge of healthcare frameworks
