Job description – Recruitment Consultant

We are partnering with a boutique recruitment agency who specialise in social housing and work alongside the government in supporting their projects across the South -West.

Please note – this recruitment consultant role isn't a new start desk, you will have clients to work with from day1.

Ideally you will have some experience of recruiting in an agency environment and have a full driving licence. You will enjoy working within a company that has a supportive/family feel and thrive in an environment that is relaxed rather than high pressure.

Your role will involve working closely with local authorities and third sector companies. You will advise your clients on the most suitable methods of recruiting and assist them with filling temporary and permanent jobs across the housing sector.

Housing is a huge issue across the UK at the moment and you will hopefully find satisfaction in this role. You will be supporting a great cause.

Not only is this role rewarding personally, you will also receive a salary of £22 -£25k plus commission per placement. There is also a car allowance on offer of £4k a year.

Realistically you could earn around £35 -40k a year.
