Resolute Recruitment are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant for our thriving Engineering desk based in Coventry.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
Hours of work: 08:00 - 17:00
Location: Coventry, CV3

Role And Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in resourcing candidates in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.

• Partner with clients – Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering the best talent solutions
• Source and engage top quality engineering & manufacturing staff– Use your expertise to find, screen, and secure high-caliber professionals
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for both clients and candidates
• Stay ahead of industry trends – Provide market insights that position you as a trusted recruitment expert
• Collaborate and grow – Share strategies, best practices, and knowledge with a high-performing team
