• £26,000–£30,000 basic plus uncapped commission

• Full-time | Nottingham

• Office-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid with 1–2 days working from home

• Driving licence required due to client meetings

The role

This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will manage the full process from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, understand their hiring needs and match them with the right candidates.

What you’ll be doing day to day

• Winning new business through calls, meetings and networking

• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Taking job briefs and advising clients on recruitment solutions

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates

• Managing offers and negotiations

• Working towards agreed targets, with plenty of support along the way
