Remote Working (Applicants must live within approximately 30 minutes of Crowthorne/Bracknell due to weekly team meetings and client visits).

£35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

The Lauras (Yes, we have the same name!) founded The Recruiters Room in 2016 as two experienced recruiters (and working parents) with very different strengths. We've built a business based on honest conversations, long-term partnerships and doing what's right rather than what's easy. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who wants the freedom to build and run a successful desk, develop long-term client relationships and be trusted to do what they do best.

We are wanting to engage with REAL people who share our philosophy: recruit with honesty and integrity, build strong relationships, support one another and have fun along the way!

Someone who can demonstrate:

* A minimum of 4 years' experience within a 360-consultant role, for an agency

* Quantifiable success throughout their recruitment career

* Resilience in building and developing new client relationships

* A genuine passion for recruitment, as a long-term career

* Strong communication, literacy and organisational skills

* A desire to earn beyond a basic salary and continuously develop their desk

* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
