Recruitment Consultant

• £28,000–£33,000 + uncapped commission

• Office-based initially, moving to hybrid (1–2 days from home)

• Driving licence required or close to passing

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support team in Harrogate, covering a Yorkshire patch including Harrogate, York, Leeds, Sheffield and Wakefield.

This role involves developing relationships with clients, building a consistent pipeline of opportunities, and managing recruitment processes from brief through to placement.

There is a strong focus on phone-based communication, so confidence in speaking with both clients and candidates is important.

Key responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients

• Developing business to create and sustain a steady pipeline

• Keeping in regular contact with clients to understand hiring needs

• Managing vacancies from initial brief to placement

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates

• Supporting candidates throughout the process

• Managing workload, activity and compliance
