Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Sector: Manufacturing/Warehouse/Industrial
OTE: £37,000 + per year

Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and attracting top talent within the manufacturing, warehouse, and industrial sectors.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

* Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for both parties.

* Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What We Offer:

* Competitive OTE of £37,000 per year. DOE

* Regular working hours from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Thursday

* Early finishes on a Friday!

Requirements:

* Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial sectors.
