We specialise in temporary, contract and permanent recruitment within Construction, Hard FM and Soft FM markets.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking to add an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to our team in Central London.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who wants genuine autonomy, the ability to build a desk their way, and the chance to be part of a growing business without corporate red tape.

Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or someone with sales experience looking to move into recruitment, we’ll provide the platform, support and tools to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

* Develop and manage client relationships across Construction and/or FM sectors

* Source, screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies

* Generate new business opportunities through sales activity and networking

* Manage the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement

* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

* Attend client meetings and site visits where required

* Negotiate rates, fees and offers

* Ensure compliance and onboarding requirements are completed

* Previous recruitment experience preferred but not essential

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Commercial mindset with a passion for winning business

* Self-motivated and target-driven

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
