Key Duties

* Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of vacancies.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

* Advertise roles and proactively source talent through multiple channels.

* Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement.

* Arrange interviews, provide feedback, and negotiate offers.

* Develop new business and grow existing client accounts.

* Maintain accurate records using the CRM/ATS system.

* Achieve individual and team recruitment targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
