About You!

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in engineering recruitment to join our team. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes

What You’ll do!

Own the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top engineering talent.
Win and manage new clients using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching.
Source and place exceptional engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical, and other technical discipline.
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
Ensure a seamless, professional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process 

What You Bring!

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the engineering sector.
Ability to build trust quickly and close deals with confidence.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High energy, self-motivation, and a results-first mindset
Understanding of the engineering talent market and key industry trends
