Shorterm have 50 + years experience in engineering sectors based across the UK. We have 8 offices and our Whiteley office focus on Aviation Markets. We really are recognised as one of the leading suppliers to many well known brands.

In this role, you will focus on business development, identifying new clients, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers across various industries. Your expertise in delivering tailored recruitment solutions will help our clients secure top talent, while you drive the growth and success of our recruitment services.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, with a strong understanding of client acquisition and relationship management.
* A track record of working with both contract and permanent recruitment processes.
* A strategic, target-driven approach to new business opportunities and client relationships.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets.

What You'll Do:
* Actively source and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
* Deliver tailored recruitment strategies to meet clients' needs for both permanent and contract roles.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible recruitment solutions are provided to clients.
* Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, consistently achieving targets.
