Tradewind Recruitment is growing our Manchester office and hiring high-potential individuals to join our Impact Academy - a structured training programme designed to turn driven people into high-earning Recruitment Consultants.

No recruitment experience required. Work ethic and ambition come first.

What You'll Earn

£30,000 base salary
£35,000 - £40,000 realistic first-year earnings
Uncapped commission from day one

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Interview and place candidates into schools
Build and manage candidate pipelines
Write professional candidate profiles
Work towards weekly KPIs and performance targets
Learn negotiation, influence and relationship-building skills
Earn commission as you progress through the roleYou'll receive daily support from your Team Manager, structured training from our in-house specialists and ongoing mentorship.

Career Progression

After completing the Impact Academy, you'll move onto a sales-focused desk with advanced training in:

Business development
Margin negotiation
Client account growth
Managing challenging conversations
