What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you’ll take charge of the entire recruitment journey, including:

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement

* Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients

* Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities

* Advertising roles, searching databases, and headhunting top talent

* Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting high-quality candidates

* Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience

* Advising clients on market insights, hiring strategies, and talent trends

* Negotiating offers, salaries, and employment packages

* Maintaining accurate and organised records in our recruitment CRM system

* Achieving individual and team targets while celebrating shared success

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is driven, confident, and passionate about people and business growth:

* Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (recruitment experience highly desirable)

* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

* A target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness

* Highly organised with great time management skills

* Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing

* Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
