SOAR Recruitment is a growing, people-first recruitment agency specialising in Education, Early Years, Childcare and Care across the UK.

For the past 7 years, we’ve helped nurseries, schools, SEN settings, children’s homes, private families and specialist providers find exceptional people.

We’re now looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team and build their own successful permanent recruitment desk.

The Opportunity

This is a 360 recruitment role with the freedom to develop your own market, build long-term client relationships and grow your earnings.

You’ll be responsible for:

* Winning and developing new business

* Building your own client portfolio

* Sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates

* Managing vacancies from brief to placement

* Negotiating fees, salaries and terms

* Developing repeat business and referrals

* Growing your desk and achieving revenue targets

You’ll have real ownership of your desk and the support of an ambitious team behind you.

Who We're Looking For

Recruitment experience is preferred, particularly within Education, Early Years, Childcare or Care, but we’ll also consider strong sales and business development professionals.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially driven, naturally good with people and motivated to build something of their own.

You should enjoy winning new business, developing relationships and, most importantly, care about making the right placement — not just any placement.
