Recruitment Consultant

Major Recruitment is currently recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for their office in Telford.

This role is office based and full time.

Salary – dependent on experience

Commission

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

25 days + bank holiday – increases with service

Free parking

If you have experience with either permanent or temporary recruitment we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:-

* Manage a full recruitment desk

* Contacting potential clients by phone and email and identifying opportunities

* Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates

* Managing the recruitment process from taking the vacancy, sourcing candidates through to placement

* Visiting Clients

Skills and experience:

* Previous recruitment experience

* Business development experience

* Excellent customer service experience

* Confident when speaking to Clients or Candidates

* Full driving licence
