With hybrid working available, you’ll have the flexibility to balance office collaboration with home working, while still being fully supported by a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

* Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

* Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts

* Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process

* Keeping up to date with market trends and industry insights

About You

* Previous recruitment experience is essential (any sector considered)

* Proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven

* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively

* Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
