We're open-minded about what that person looks like.

You might be an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who enjoys developing clients and running your own desk. Or you might be a strong 180 Delivery Consultant / Resourcer who loves sourcing, headhunting and engaging candidates but doesn't want your success to depend on cold business development.

We're happy to consider both.

And importantly, this isn't a cold start.

You'll join an established specialist recruitment business with existing client relationships, live vacancies and extensive networks across Defence, Aerospace, Engineering, Energy, Cyber and Technology.
The OpportunityThis is a hands-on recruitment role at its core.

Depending on your experience and strengths, your role could focus predominantly on candidate delivery or operate as a full 360 position.
You'll be involved in:

Proactively sourcing and headhunting specialist candidates
Engaging, qualifying and building relationships with candidates
Managing live vacancies from brief through to placement
Producing high-quality, targeted candidate shortlists
Managing interviews, offers and negotiations
Developing relationships with existing clients
Building your specialist candidate and market networkIf you're joining us in a 360 capacity, you'll also have the freedom to develop new client relationships, identify opportunities and grow your accounts.

A Warm Desk – Not a Standing StartYou won't arrive on your first day to an empty CRM and be told to start cold calling.
We have established client relationships, live recruitment requirements and extensive candidate networks built over more than 20 years.
You'll have genuine opportunities to work on from the outset, while having the freedom to develop your role as you become established.
The Tools to Do Your Job ProperlyWe believe good recruiters should have access to the technology and resources they need to succeed.

You'll have an extensive recruitment toolkit including LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceBreaker, Bullhorn ATS/CRM, Paiger, Ringover, leading candidate databases and job boards, plus access to our extensive existing candidate and client network.
We continue to invest in recruitment technology, sourcing tools and automation so our consultants can spend more time doing what matters – finding great people, speaking to clients and making placements.

Experience within Engineering, Defence, Aerospace, Cyber, Digital or Technology recruitment would be advantageous, but isn't essential if you're a strong agency recruiter who knows how to find and engage good candidates.
Agency recruitment experience is essential.
