The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, to join a fast-paced, collaborative team.

You will be responsible for sourcing a wide range of construction workers, while building strong relationships with both the client and on-site workforce.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruit and place construction and civils operatives (Groundworkers, Plant Operators, Steel-Fixers, Supervisors etc.)

* Work collaboratively across a shared labour desk to meet workforce demand

* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

* Coordinate worker bookings, shifts, and availability

* Manage and resolve workforce issues (attendance, performance, welfare)

* Support vetting and security clearance processes

* Ensure full compliance (right-to-work, qualifications, site requirements)

* Maintain accurate records and internal systems

Who We’re Looking For

* Experience in recruitment (all sectors considered)

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Confident working with both clients and site-based workers

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
