What will you be doing?
* Building strong relationships with clients and candidates across the accountancy and legal sectors.
* Developing new business and winning recruitment opportunities.
* Sourcing, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidates.
* Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
* Negotiating offers and closing deals.
* Working towards targets, closing deals and maximising your commission.
