How we invest in you...

You'll join our 3 month training academy alongside 3-4 others and you'll have both classroom training alongside at desk training by our Head of Learning & Development. We will tailor our training style to your way of learning & you'll be up to the deverellsmith standard in no time.

Training doesn't just stop there, you'll have support the whole way through your career with us. Our L&D programme positions us in the top 1% of recruitment firms across the UK.

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant?

Your role will be fast paced & you'll be a 360 consultant which means you'll find both candidates & clients within your market discipline (an area of property). You'll need to be sales minded & have an exceptional way with people and be able to manage multiple people through many processes at any one time. Be ready for a challenge as recruitment is hard but the rewards are amazing!

Benefits / how are you rewarded.....

33% commission structure rising to 50% when you bill over £275K
Unlimited holiday with a minimum of 28 days you have to take each year
