We're looking for a dedicated, ambitious Recruitment Consultant who is looking to join our office in Andover!
*Overview of the role:*
* To retain and develop business
* Develop 'Best In Class' business development, account development, account management & delivery processes
*Main Responsibilities:*
* Effectively utilise all Corr Recruitment contacts, relationships and information to develop the business further.
* Source high calibre candidates to meet and exceed client expectations
* Manage client relationships to ensure complete client satisfaction
* Achieve revenue targets
* Develop and manage a consistent revenue stream
* Coach and mentor junior members within the department
* Provide out of hours service to Branch clients
* Ensure compliance with company processes and industry legal requirements

* Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant
* Has a significant track record of successfully managing accounts
* Great ambition and drive to succeed
* Own transport is essential
