About the role...

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of both our candidates and clients in the marketing agency space.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging with top-tier professionals across various marketing and digital disciplines.

Your expertise and knowledge of the industry will enable you to identify the best talent for our clients' unique needs and cultivate lasting relationships.

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Utilise your industry knowledge to identify, source, and screen potential candidates for marketing and digital agency positions.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking, referrals, and targeted sourcing methods.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit before sharing cv's Guide and advise both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a high level of service and support.

Negotiate job offers and manage the successful placement of candidates into suitable positions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients and candidates.

About you...

To be considered for this Recruitment Consultant role, we're looking for someone with proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a focus on digital recruitment.

This role is all about building genuine relationships so we're looking for someone who cares about doing a great job.

No two days are the same and there are a lot of plates to spin so you'll have proven experience managing multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment...it goes without saying that you'll have a results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment targets.
