is looking for Recruitment Consultants from entry level to senior in the Midlands! If you currently work in recruitment or have a proven track record working within a sales and target-driven environment and want to continue or start your career in recruitment, we'd love to hear from you!
Your new role
We have a number of exciting opportunities available across our Midlands offices, including our award-winning team in Birmingham.
Location : Birmingham
Salary : £24,000 to £32,000 per annum dependent on experience + uncapped commission (OTE £30,000 - £70,000)
Hours : Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
Hybrid : After your initial training period, you can choose to take advantage of our hybrid working policy.
What you'll need to succeed
Client Engagement:

Partnering with local businesses to understand their staffing needs, building strong relationships, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Sourcing:

Identifying and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
