Recruitment Consultant

Established in 1984, Berkeley Scott is the UK's leading catering and hospitality recruitment specialists. We are looking to bring in an ambitious Recruitment consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol Team.
We supply staff to some of The South West's leading hotels, caterers, venues, and restaurants. Due to our growing business, we have an opportunity to bring in someone to continue our success.
Ideally, we are looking either for someone with a background in hospitality or catering. Whilst the role obviously involves sourcing and recruiting candidates, you also need to be prepared to develop new business and proactively source new clients, this is a sales-based role.
Strong admin and IT skills are a must. The job will be demanding at times, so the ability to think on your feet and organise your time effectively is essential. This is primarily a Monday to Friday role, it's not for the faint hearted but it most certainly is rewarding, it is great fun, it is challenging, it's fast paced and it is exciting!
The role is based in our Central Bristol Office, 10 minutes' walk from Temple Meads Station. Starting salary is £25-30k based upon experience, benefits include:
