City & Capital are currently representing a highly respected & fast growing client who offer a range of services to business owners in the financial planning & wealth management sectors.

Our client is known as a 'business lifecycle’ consultancy as they offer services to professional organisations throughout their entire lifecycle to support company growth, recruitment & business acquisitions/sales. This means from the start of a companies journey to the very end, our client supports each business to achieve their ultimate goals.

This is quite unique within the sector and as a result the company is growing at a rapid rate.

Due to growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident, ambitious & articulate individual to join our clients recruitment team in a role that will focus on candidate engagement & relationship management.

In addition to being the main point of contact for candidate relationships, you will also support the senior recruitment team in managing recruitment campaigns & processes on behalf of key clients.

This is also a role that comes with plenty of development & opportunities to progress. More on that later.

Duties of the role will include (but may not be limited to):

• Identifying and engaging new candidates in to the company
• Undertaking initial candidate assessments to understand their wishes & preferences
• Working with existing candidates of the company to support their aspirations
• Assessing candidates against the requirements of role briefs
• Making recommendations on candidates suitability for roles
• Working with hiring firms to arrange interviews & meetings
• Assisting with prepping candidates for their interviews
• Taking candidate and client feedback following interviews
• Assisting with market research & resourcing activities to support client results
• Updating the company CRM and keeping campaigns up to date
• Any other duty that supports that success of candidates & clients

Our client is ideally looking to pay between £24k - £30k as a basic salary for the ideal individual, relevant to experience. Salary will be complemented by an excellent bonus structure that will allow you to earn uncapped earnings based on your performance within the role.

Most notably, our clients growth to date has been built on a strong & proven promote from within policy. This means you can expect to propel both your salary & career standing forward within, as excellent performance is delivered.

In addition to the above, please note…

• This role is a hybrid role between home working and office working
• It will initially commence as 5 days in the office during your training period
• Our client operates a 9 day fortnight. So you only work 9 days in every 10 for the same money - Giving you a much better work-life balance
