As a multidisciplinary recruitment consultancy we span multiple sectors including; Accountancy & Finance, Business Support, Engineering, Financial Services, Food & Drink Manufacturing, Hospitality, Tourism & Visitor Attractions, HR, Legal, Life Sciences, Manufacturing & Technology, Property & Construction, Public Sector, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Procurement and Tech & Digital.

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

A recruitment consultant (all levels) at Eden Scott is responsible for:

Developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
Build and develop relationships with clients to truly understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to their needs.
Cross selling by introducing colleagues to new and existing clients and candidates.
Proactively source and headhunt candidates through a range of channels, including job boards, our own CRM system, third party databases, LinkedIn, networking events and referrals.
Conduct detailed interviews of candidates to assess suitability for roles.
Manage the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle from initial registration of candidate through to negotiation of offers and successful onboarding of successful candidates.
Achieving personal financial targets and contributing to overall success of the business.

Experience & Skills Required:

Commercial acumen
Evidence of first class customer service and results driven
Demonstrable record of accomplishment in developing new and existing business.
Energetic with excellent networking skills.
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Tenacious, highly competitive and able to use own initiative.
Highly organised, professional and quality focused.
A good standard of education with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
IT competent
