About the role

We’re looking for experienced retailers looking for a career change. Each day, you’ll be finding top quality candidates for your team of consultants, and generating market knowledge for the business.

To be successful, you’ll need to know Retail like the back of your hand. You’ll be driven by achieving targets. Confident on the phone. And you’ll be able to build the sort of easy, long lasting relationships that turn clients into friends. You’ll also be:

We would also consider a graduate with ambition to becoming a Recruitment Consultant with a understanding / experience in the retail sector, starting as a Recruitment Administrator and progressing in a 12 month period to Recruitment Consultant.

Salary / package are negotiable depending on experience. There are generous bonuses and quarterly incentives on offer, and there are opportunities for career progression too.

We’re open Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm and Friday 8am - 4.30pm and you’ll need to be flexible between these hours and beyond.
