As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates into engineering and construction roles.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize PeopleSoft, ATS, and other recruitment tools to source and screen candidates effectively.
- Engage in lead generation activities to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Taleo, Salesforce, and Workday for candidate tracking and reporting.
- Utilize social media management for talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools such as PeopleSoft, ATS, Taleo, Salesforce, and Workday.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
