Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager - NO SALES INVOLVED!

We are busy and looking for two Account Managers to join our team. FT Recruit are a well established business with an enviabale portfolio of clients. This is a non sales role and will be working with existing business.

You will be required to

* Interview and screen candidats

* Attend client sites to perform inductions

* Schedule candidates onto shifts

* Manage a pool of workers

* Process holiday pay

* General recruitment duties.

This role does include some out of hours work but you will be working a 40 hour week.

This is a great opportunity for somebody who is loves recruitment but doesn't enjoy the sales side of the role. You must have relationship building skills and be able grow business through service.
