Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager – Europe

At Adepto Technical Recruitment, we're looking for a motivated, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to join our growing European Workforce Solutions team.

This isn't just another recruitment desk.

You'll work with established international clients, supporting recruitment and workforce solutions across multiple European countries. You'll combine hands-on recruitment with account management, candidate engagement and supplier relationships, helping global businesses find and manage the people they need.

What you'll be doing

Managing recruitment vacancies from initial briefing through to successful placement.

Building strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates.

*

Sourcing talent using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and direct approaches.

*

Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.

*

Coordinating interviews, offers and start dates.

*

Working with recruitment suppliers across European markets.

*

Supporting contractor onboarding and compliance processes.

*

Managing your recruitment pipeline and achieving agreed performance targets.

*

Identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts.

What we're looking for

Experience in recruitment, sales, account management or a customer-facing environment.

*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

*

A proactive, organised approach and the confidence to take ownership.

*

Commercial awareness and motivation to achieve results.

*

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

*

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering or international recruitment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

Working arrangements: This role is initially office-based to support training, development and integration into the team. Following successful completion of probation, work-from-home options will be available.
