AJ Chambers - an award-winning, high-growth recruitment business - is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Accountancy Practice division. This is an exciting opportunity to focus on candidate attraction and delivery, working with some of the most respected firms across the Home Counties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key part of our Accountancy Practice team, your focus will be on sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates into roles that fit their ambitions and skills. This is a people-first role, ideal for someone who loves recruitment but wants to focus on candidate experience and delivery excellence.

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, our CRM (Salesforce), job boards, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships - understand their needs, career goals, and motivations
• Write high-impact job adverts and market key roles effectively
• Coordinate interviews, provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process, and manage feedback loops
• Collaborate closely with our experienced consultants to deliver results for clients ranging from Top 100 firms to local independents
• Meet with candidates face-to-face and via video to maintain quality and build trust

What You’ll Need:

• Some experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a people-focused role
• A strong communicator with a natural flair for building rapport
• Organised, proactive, and driven by quality outcomes
• Interest or experience in the accountancy or professional services sector
