Job Description
Reed Cardiff is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Business Support team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven market with strong demand and long‑standing clients.
Location: Cardiff CF10 1EW
Role: Recruitment Consultant – 360 Agency Recruitment
Salary: Up to £34,000k for recruitment experience + uncapped bonus
(paid every 4 weeks)
You’ll take ownership of a warm busy temps desk covering Cardiff and the wider South Wales region, recruiting across office and operational support roles.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates across the Business Support market. Typical roles include:
Administrators
Customer Service Advisors
Sales Execs
Office & Operational Support roles
The desk is well‑established with active clients across education, public sector, charities and commercial organisations, offering immediate billing potential and long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
Managing compliance and candidate care
Building a sustainable, high‑performing desk
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Resilience, professionalism and commercial awareness
A genuine interest in building long‑term client partnerships
