Job Description

Reed Cardiff is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Business Support team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven market with strong demand and long‑standing clients.

Location: Cardiff CF10 1EW

Role: Recruitment Consultant – 360 Agency Recruitment

Salary: Up to £34,000k for recruitment experience + uncapped bonus
(paid every 4 weeks)

You’ll take ownership of a warm busy temps desk covering Cardiff and the wider South Wales region, recruiting across office and operational support roles.

About the Role:
 

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates across the Business Support market. Typical roles include:

• Administrators

• Customer Service Advisors

• Sales Execs

• Office & Operational Support roles

The desk is well‑established with active clients across education, public sector, charities and commercial organisations, offering immediate billing potential and long‑term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates

• Winning new business and expanding existing accounts

• Managing compliance and candidate care

• Building a sustainable, high‑performing desk

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• Resilience, professionalism and commercial awareness

• A genuine interest in building long‑term client partnerships
