The role of the Recruitment Consultant - Construction Sales Recruitment will involve:

• Business Development position with promoting our specialist recruitment services to the construction industry
• Your main responsibility will be to canvass the construction market looking for new clients / vacancies
• Once up and running, this is an opportunity to progress into a Business Development Manager / Consultant role
• Taking detailed job specifications from clients
• Daily searching of the construction industry to find new opportunities
• Great internal support, being mentored, trained and managed by a senior team member
• Upkeep of our CRM system
• Joining a well-established, experienced and successful team who are considered market leaders

The ideal applicant will be a Recruitment Consultant - Construction Sales Recruitment with:

• Must be based within commutable distance of Nantwich office
• Must be driven, enthusiastic, competitive and with a sense of humour
• Must be comfortable on the phone
• Must be able to work at a fast pace
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be IT Literate (computer based role)
• Ideally worked on a CRM system previously
• Must be a team player
