We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to launch and grow a white-collar contract desk, backed by a portfolio of warm, active clients ready to engage.

• Managing and expanding a warm client portfolio in the white-collar contract space
• Delivering fast-paced, high-quality recruitment services
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Sourcing, screening, and placing top contract talent
• Negotiating terms and managing the full contract lifecycle

Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience (contract preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and client development skills
• A self-motivated, target-driven mindset
• Resilience, commercial awareness, and ambition

Recruitment Consultant Remuneration:

• Warm desk opportunity - no cold start

Location: Central Chichester
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30-17:30, Fri 8:30-13:00
