Salary: up to £35k basic + uncapped commission

We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new Bristol branch for Academics, one of the UK's leading education recruitment consultancies. With over 100 consultants across 20+ branches, we are expanding into the Bristol area and are looking for a driven individual to help establish and grow our presence in the local education sector.

We are ideally seeking experienced Education Recruitment Consultants, but we are open to considering candidates from other high-volume recruitment sectors or sales backgrounds.

About You:

• Ideally experienced in education recruitment, though we welcome candidates with recruitment experience from other sectors or a strong background in sales (B2B or B2C).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Career-driven and motivated by financial success.
• Ambitious and eager to achieve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and expand the client base for our new Bristol branch.
• Act as the first point of contact for schools with urgent staffing needs.
• Place teachers and support staff into short- and long-term assignments.
• Meet with schools, advertise vacancies, and interview candidates.
• Benefit from excellent career progression, often within the first 12 months.
