Recruitment Consultant - Education

McCall Rec2Rec Ltd are looking for a experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their client's team.

Our client works within the Education sector within the London area.

You will be considered if

• You have a minimum of two years experience working in Education recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant

• You have experience winning new business with new schools

• You have a proven record of billing well booking in day-to-day, long-term and perm (TTP)

• You actively source and qualify candidates

• You manage the client's needs and expectations

• You maintain strong relationships in the market

• You've built a solid network
