30-35k plus 20% commission

Are you an experienced Recruiter with a true “Hunter” mentality and focus?

Are you experienced from within the Education recruitment sector? If not, from any other field of recruitment.

My client is busy and now requires an additional consultant for their team.

This role will be based on home, but they are looking to source an office within the Uxbridge area in the near future.

As an incentive you will earn 20% on ALL of your billings!

• Attract, register and interview education professionals and create a strong candidate pool
• Headhunt for more specialist roles
• Prepare candidate for the interview process
• Make outbound calls to schools and education providers as well as new business leads
• Build strong and lasting client relationships
• Client visits on a regular basis
• Negotiation of fees and contracts

You will be an experienced recruiter looking for a true challenge and be hungry for results

Shoe high levels of resilience and have a sales mindset

Excellent interpersonal skills

Thrive on overachieving set targets
