We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful Engineering & Manufacturing team.

Renewable EnergyYour role will involve partnering with both employers and jobseekers, understanding recruitment requirements, and matching talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.

This is a rewarding sales and consultancy role where you will effectively manage your own desk as a business within a business. You will be supported by industry-leading technology, extensive training, and one of the UK's largest recruitment databases to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify recruitment opportunities within engineering and manufacturing businesses.
Source, interview, and assess candidates.
Match candidates to suitable vacancies and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Conduct business development activities, including sales calls and client meetings.
Manage candidate and client expectations throughout the recruitment journey.
Achieve and exceed agreed activity and revenue targets.
Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and recruitment demands.What We're Looking For
