Role Overview

• Kickstart your career in recruitment by helping to match top freelance talent (graphic designers, motion designers, art directors, brand designers, and more) with leading creative businesses.
• Learn the full recruitment process - from taking job briefs, to sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and supporting offer stages.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic market- perfect if you enjoy variety and thrive under pressure.
• Build relationships with both clients and candidates, developing your professional network in the creative and design world.
• Be part of a high-energy, ambitious team, with plenty of support, training, and opportunities to progress quickly.

About You

• A motivated graduate or entry-level professional looking to launch a career in recruitment.
• Competitive, ambitious, and driven by the idea of earning uncapped commission and hitting personal targets.
• Outgoing, energetic, and confident communicating with people - whether over the phone, on video calls, or in person.
• You must be passionate about the creative industries!
• Organised and resilient, with a willingness to learn and take on feedback.
• Any previous sales, customer-facing, or creative industry experience (placements, internships, part-time jobs, side hustles) is a bonus - but not essential.
