We are looking for motivated recruitment consultants who are looking for a high growth environment which allows them to unlock their potential through hard work and determination, leading to them achieving their goals and progression through to directorship.

This position would suit a recruitment consultant who is looking for a new challenge in a company that offers a meritocratic progression to reach leadership and excellent uncapped commission.

The details:

• Uncapped commission (up to 40%)
• Rapid progression through to leadership
• Build your own client base through developing long-term client relationships
• Headhunt high-quality candidates for a variety of technical roles
• Manage the recruitment process for clients and candidates from start to finish
• Experienced/senior and trainee roles
