The Role:

Full 360 recruitment duties - from client acquisition to candidate placement

Focused on business development across new, existing, warm, and lapsed clients

Building and nurturing long-term client and candidate relationships

Providing tailored recruitment solutions that truly deliver

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency experience essential)

Strong business development and sales capabilities

A proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
