Recruitment Consultant Graduate

We urgently require 2 Trainee or Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our very lively office based in Mumbles Swansea. Suitable Candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent and require advanced, confident communication skills. Full training is given.

Recruitment is a communications job. It is highly transferable. In Recruitment you will be involved in New Business Development, Advertising, Marketing and Negotiation.

The basic pay at Penguin is competitive and you should be looking to double your basic with the additional commission you earn. A strong performance should see you double your earnings with the commission you earn.
