What does the role entail?

• Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate terms.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
• Developing and managing candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Manages every aspect of the process from advert writing to offer management.
• Identifies and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy your clients needs.
• Meeting Sales targets and KPIs in line with our business goals and your personal goals.

Our Training Academy:

Our training programme is specifically designed to maximise your skills and encourage you to be the best Recruitment Consultant you can be with a view you will be running your own business within our business, whilst giving you the potential to climb the career ladder and manage your own team within 24 months. Your training will be fast-paced and highly engaging; a mixture of classroom, practical, project, role play, and "at desk" training over the first 6-8 weeks of your time at Robertson Bell.
