Recruitment Consultant Healthcare

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join a busy NHS healthcare desk. This is an exciting 360 role where you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow while managing the recruitment process for healthcare professionals in both temporary and permanent positions. You’ll be involved in sourcing, placing, and supporting a wide range of roles, from HCAs to specialist nurses, ensuring staffing needs are met quickly and efficiently.
No previous recruitment experience is required—we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organised, and passionate about helping people find meaningful opportunities. You’ll be building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, managing a variety of assignments from urgent shifts to long-term placements. • Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000 based on experience, with a great commission structure.
