What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing and placing high-quality healthcare professionals

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes

• Building and maintaining client relationships through business devolpment

• Staying ahead of compliance requirements and sector changes

• Working towards clear and achievable targets

What we're looking for:

• Some experience in recruitment (healthcare or otherwise)

• A confident communicator who builds trust quickly

• Organised, proactive and delivery-focused

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate about people and delivering excellent service
