The Role

Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement
Building and developing relationships with legal professionals and law firms
Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Negotiating offers and managing the placement process
Developing your own specialist market and becoming a trusted industry advisor

About You

Previous recruitment experience is essential
Experience within legal recruitment is advantageous but not required
Recruiters from sectors such as professional services, finance, commercial, technology, HR, engineering, construction, healthcare, education, and other specialist markets are encouraged to apply
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed
Excellent communication and organisational skills
