What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll connect talented education professionals with schools across the UK.

Your role will include:

Interviewing and qualifying candidates

Building strong candidate relationships

Developing relationships with schools and clients

Matching candidates to opportunities

Managing your own pipeline

Working towards weekly KPIs

Business development and sales

Negotiating and closing deals

Growing client accounts

Learning advanced communication, sales and influencing skills

You won't be left to figure it out yourself.
